Do you ship your cakes or tasting kits?

I do not offer shipping due to food safety and licensing restrictions

Do you have gluten free options?

I offer the option to make any cake gluten free, with the exception of the Honey Cake, for an additional fee. I use Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour Mix and have great results with it. French macarons are also naturally gluten free because they use almond flour.

Do you offer vegan options?

I offer a vegan version of my carrot cake with vegan cream cheese frosting. It’s so good!

What is the difference between a tiered cake and a layer cake?

A layer cake is a cake either 6”, 8” or 9” in diameter with alternating layers of cake and filling.

A tiered cake is multiple layer cakes of different sizes stacked one on top of the other to make an eye catching display pieces for a wedding or other event.

All cakes have four layers of cake and three layers of filling inside and are covered in white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream.

Do you use fondant?

I occasionally use fondant to make design elements, though I prefer to use buttercream whenever possible.
